Through my work with the Peralta Colleges Foundation and Training Institute for Leadership Enrichment (TILE), I’ve seen the power of connecting education to real-world leadership and opportunity. Our role at LA Jones & Associates is to help institutions tell those stories — to showcase how education builds more than skills; it builds community power.
