The African American Family Outreach Project will present its 4th free workshop of 2019 on Saturday, October 19th with the focus on understanding serious mental illness, substance abuse disorders and the Alameda County services available to help families and individuals in need.
The FREE October 19th workshop will take place from 9:30am - 2:30pm at East Oakland Senior Center, 9255 Edes Avenue, Oakland. Small discussion groups will also be set up to allow family members to learn more about resources available through Alameda County Crisis Services.
