The WoOakland Women's March Flyermen's March is a national movement to unify and empower everyone who stands for human rights, civil liberties, and social justice for all. We stand together in solidarity for the protection of our rights, our safety, our health, and our families -- recognizing that our vibrant and diverse communities are the strength of our country.

Time of March 10am-3pm

Starting Location: Madison Park

Ending Location: Frank Ogawa Plaza 

For identification purposes and solidarity, please wear your BWOPA/TILE Black Women Lead tshirt.  If you need one, please email laniecejones@gmail.com to purchase.

MARCH OVERVIEW
 

10 a.m.      Participants will gather in Madison Park at 9th and Madison at 10 a.m.
11 a.m.      We will begin our march up Oak St. to Grand Ave. along Lake Merritt.  We will then march down Broadway                          to end at Frank Ogawa Plaza (14th & Broadway)

12:30p.m.  Rally with speakers, art, and music
3:00 p.m.   End of rally
