SF-based retail developer, TransMart, is excited to launch its retail vendor program to offer goods and services, in conjunction with Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). TransMart aspires to create an urban retail experience that will assist BART passengers with taking care of everyday errands while exposing them to several national, regional and unique local brands and cultural finds within each of BART's 44 stations.
TransMart recognizes the power of local business and its potential to stimulate and impact the economy. During the information session, Transmart representatives will discuss:
Local Tenant Program. Multiple retail sites options - permanent and pop-up retail - are available ranging from 100 square feet to 2,000 square feet;
Concierge Program. Great for local service businesses
TransMart's vendor program promises to provide a host of profitable opportunities for local business looking to spotlight their products and services all while connecting with more than 400,000 consumers who ride BART daily.
